How do I place an order?

Find the product you like, select the applicable size and “add to cart”. If there are any special instructions, add it to the box below. Once all your favourite items have been added to your cart, go to “checkout” and follow the easy steps to complete your order.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept Card Payments via the PayFast gateway at checkout, which is a safe and secure way to make online payments with your card. At no time does Instep hold any Debit Card or Credit Card details on our site.

We also accept EFT payments, when you select this method of payment you will receive and email with our banking details. Unlike PayFast payments which process straight away, we will only process payments once we have received a Proof Of Payment with your Order number as reference and this may take up to 72 Hours to confirm.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes we do. Once your order is complete which is usually around 5 working days, we will ship using Aramex and forward you a tracking number via email with instructions on how to track your parcel.

How much does courier cost?

Nationwide delivery is R100.

How do I track my order?

You can view your orders on your ORDERS Page. You will also receive an email with your tracking number and instructions.

Click the ‘TRACK’ button to see the progress of your order or ‘VIEW’ to view your order and your tracking number and a link to Aramex tracking page.

Please Note: Once the parcel is handed over to Aramex (Courier), we hand over responsibility of the package to the courier and it is up to the customer to follow-up on any queries with the courier via Hotlines or Email.

How do I use my ONLINE GIFT CARD

You will be provided with special code that you will enter at checkout or on the cart page.

Copy and paste the code in the box below the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button which is labeled ‘Coupon’.

Checkout Page:

Above the ‘Billing Details’ click the link labeled ‘Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code’, then Copy and paste the code in the box and press the APPLY COUPON button. 

What is your Returns Policy?

We handle our returns on a case to case basis – please contact us so we can deal with you personally. Please call us during shop hours 083 733 5092 or click the WhatsApp button (Bottom Right) for assistance.

Is your footwear Unisex?

For most of our products they are all Unisex like our Sheepskip Boots and Vellies, unless specified Ladies or Mens our products are mostly Unisex.

How do I clean my Boots and Slippers?

How Do I Clean my Boots?

  1. We recommend using a Sunlight Bar of Soap and a Shoe Brush.
  2. Lather/Foam up the Sunlight Bar.
  3. Using the lather/foam brush the boot lightly and ensure you do not wet the leather too much.
  4. Then wet the shoe brush slightly with clean water and brush off the soap.
  5. Let the boots dry.
  6. Once dry, you can use the clean shoe brush to brush up the Suede of the boot.

Keep in mind not to wet the leather too much, this may damage the product.

How Do I Clean my Slippers?

Slippers can be washed in the Washing Machine.

  • Wash slippers on a cold water Delicate Cycle.
  • Use a soft detergent specifically for wool.
  • Do not spin dry.
  • Then set outside to dry.
  • Use a clean shoe brush to brush up the suede.

Do not wash with other products and the dye might run and stain lighter products.

Can I order by email or phone?

Please send an email to and include the style, colour, size and we’ll make up your order for you! This usually has a minimum turnaround time of 7 working days.

What sizes do your footwear include?

Kids Sizes: 1 (average 6 Year Old) to 2 (7 Years and up)

Adult Sizes: 3 to 13

I don’t see my size - can you make-to-order?

As much as we would love to assist you with larger sizes, currently, Size 13 is as large as we can make our products.

The item I would like is out of stock, what now?

We like to keep on top with stock production, so if an item is out of stock it will normally be out of stock for about 5 working days, simply order it on Back Order and we will deliver as soon as we have it back in stock

Can I cancel an order?

Stock items may be canceled within 72 hours of your order being placed. Custom orders may not be canceled.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, we use Aramex International Courier, just make sure you enter all the relevant delivery info and our system will calculate the delivery cost to your country.

How do I make use of the Coupon Code?

From time to time, we run promotions and discount codes are either displayed on our website or newsletter. Once your chosen items are added to your cart, use the code at Checkout and click “Apply”. Please double check that your code has been applied prior to continuing to the next stage. 

We reserve the right to limit the use of these discount codes. Expired coupon codes may not be negotiated or extended for later use. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
